In the group courses it is the students responsibility to attend the course as scheduled and if a lesson is missed it is not possible to compensate, to respect the other students attending the class.
To enroll in the group or individual courses, online or in person, students need to pay the total course fee upfront. If the student needs to cancel the course, a full refund will be made when the cancellation is two weeks before the start of the course, any later than 2 weeks then there will be a 50% refund.

In individual courses online or in person it is possible to change the schedule of the lesson if the student cancels at least 24 hours before. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged fully.
Each package of individual lessons is for a four week period, but we allow an additional two weeks for lessons to be completed to allow for any cancellations which may occur by the student or the school. Lessons not completed in this time frame will become void. If a full course needs to be cancelled by the school there will be a full refund.
